South Bank comes alive with the sounds of opera
The lush gardens of Rainforest Green in the Parklands at South Bank will come alive with the sounds of opera on Saturday, 17 March with two fabulous performances of Sunset Opera, a joint initiative of Opera Queensland and South Bank Corporation.

Moving Opera! set to inspire students in 2012
2012 marks the 10th anniversary of Opera Queensland’s Moving Opera! program which over the last decade has been delivered in secondary schools throughout Queensland, New South Wales and South Australia, presenting opera and music theatre to some 5,300 students in a way that is accessible and engaging.

Single tickets for Opera Queensland's Season 2012 on Sale now
Single tickets to Opera Queensland’s 2012 productions, Macbeth in Concert, The Mikado and Carmen, are now on sale.
Ticket prices range from $51.25* to $88.25* for Macbeth in Concert (in the Concert Hall), $49.25* to $84.25* for The Mikado (in the Conservatorium Theatre) and $54.25* to $166.25* for Carmen (in the Lyric Theatre).
