At Opera Queensland we respect your personal information. We recognise that when you choose to provide us with information about yourself, you trust us to act in a responsible manner. Essentially, we gather personal information from our patrons so we can better develop our relationship with those patrons. Occasionally, we seek comments from our patrons. These comments allow us to determine which of our products our patrons should be made aware of based on their specific needs.

We also collect some basic details from those who make a specific request for brochures or other general enquiries. This includes your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and postcode. We may also ask some further, voluntary questions so we can gain a clearer understanding of our users exact requirements and preferences.

After fulfilling any specific request we will not contact you again (unless you have given us permission to do so) with any other information. We collect aggregate statistics about all website users, traffic patterns and related site information, but these statistics will include no personally identifying information.

You can always correct your personal details in the event of change or you can remove your name and contact details from our various email-lists and other lists. To do this, please contact Opera Queensland's Marketing department.

Opera Queensland respects our patrons' right to privacy online. We hold your detailed information in confidence. Opera Queensland will take all appropriate steps to keep your personal information confidential.

When we contract with another company to market or advertise products or services on our behalf, we will insist on binding agreements from those companies protecting our patrons' information. We will enforce all privacy agreements we have with other companies.
